If you’re interested in the way I eat (it’s kind of like Atkins… but they use a lot of chemical and soy subsitutes, both of which fuck with my bod so that one is a no-go for me) it’s called primal eating. It’s kind of hippy-dippy, but basically, you’re eating like your ancestors. Real butter, meat, dairy, eggs, vegetables (starchy veggies in moderation for me because of the sugar), fruit (in moderation for me, because of the sugar), organic when you can, no calorie counting, no counting of any kind, really. It’s pretty easy.
