It’s probably always best to have goals in life, even if they have to do with decreasing the size of your bottom.

I prefer to set mini goals that have a close deadline. Goals that are more than a month away I tend to put off on.

So the Mini Goals to be completed in Two weeks:

1) Decrease soda intake to two cans a day.

2) Decrease Fast Food (including Pizza) to a twice a week event (once a week if I am eating out somewhere and not at all if I go out to eat twice a week).

3) Exercise every other day for at least an hour.

I think these are achieve able goals (if some what easy) and I will see what my reward for keeping them is in two weeks!
